Force Basketball is the first youth basketball program to hire certified strength & conditioning specialists to train with every team member.

Force Basketball focuses on maximizing performance through proper age appropriate exercises, proper bio-mechanics and mental toughness with a focus on injury prevention. The season will be composed of 10 games, played on Saturday or Sunday.

Force Basketball is the first youth basketball program to hire certified strength & conditioning specialists to train with every team member.

Additionally, players will be coached by Division 1 college athletes with years of experience working with athletes at all levels. Throughout the season, players will take their game to the next level using detailed instruction of game situations to reach their absolute best. Our dedicated staff will help your child's mental & physical confidence grow both on and off the basketball court.

What sets FORCE Basketball apart from the competition is Dean Gavindane’s unique Strength & Conditioning Program. Dean is not only SuperMe Performance’s CEO & Co-founder, he is also a former college Track & Field All-American and Champion. In 2015, Dean was inducted into the City College of New York Athletics Hall of Fame. In addition to SuperMe Performance, Dean is currently the Track & Field coach at Nightingale-Bamford School, the United Nations International School and SuperMe’s Force Basketball Strength and Conditioning coach. Dean has also coached Track & Field at City College of New York, NYRR City Sports for Kids, and Jesse Owens Track & Field for Kids. Dean has trained hundreds of youth and collegiate athletes from diverse backgrounds in basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, ice skating, downhill skiing, track & field and many more. Dean has coached athletes from UConn, Princeton, Harvard, and the Junior Olympics participants. Dean is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Running Specialist and is also certified in NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), USATF - Track Coach, and USA-W Weight Lifting Coach (Level 1). Dean is the Head Trainer for all Strength & Conditioning Programs offered at SuperMe Performance.
